Please allow 24 - 48 hours for all responses.

BOOKING POLICIES

Please pay through Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo (I do not use Cash app).
Custom units are pre-order only and must be pre-paid, please text me to order.
No additional guests who are not being serviced including children.
Please be on time a late fee begins 10 mins after the scheduled appointment time.
No call/no show without proper communication will result in you being charged 50% of your service and revoked booking privileges.
Deposits are non-refundable please know what you’re booking.
If you’re not happy with your service please let me know prior to leaving the salon so that we may work to rectify the situation. A refund will not be issued once you have left the salon after your appointment.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged half of the total service price. (emergencies are excluded).
A $75 booking fee is applied to all Holiday appointments
A $30 booking fee is applied to all last-minute appointments

SERVICES

Glueless is a technique so please ask for it as your preference when booking any lace services the price is the same as adhesive lace services this applies to frontal and closures.
Custom wig units must be dropped off during normal business hours at the salon 1 week prior to your appointment.
You may drop off your wig unit to be: tightened, add a new band, washed, and styled. You do not need to book an appointment for this service. This service takes 3 -5 days to complete.
If you’re getting an install please bring your bundles ready for install. You will be charged an additional service fee for wet or damp bundles.
I do not flat iron deep wave or curly hair. If you want it bone straight please drop it off 1 -2 days prior to your appointment.
